To send in your WhatsApp messages and therefore participate in the Thumbs4Science survey, it couldn’t be simpler! Follow these instructions and you’ll have sent in your information in an instant!

Open the WhatsApp chat that you’d like to send us.

Touch the name of the contact or the title of the group in the menu bar.

Scroll down to the bottom and select Export Chat.

Choose whether you’d like to attach a file or send the chat without a file.

Select the Mail application (or touch Other for more options).

Enter our e-mail address, vospouces@uclouvain.be, and click Send!

In order to respect the privacy of participants, this file will be entirely anonymised before being used! A specialised computer programme will replace all names, addresses, phone numbers, bankcard numbers, etc. In other words, all personal data contained in this file. By sending us your messages, you accept the conditions of participation.

WhatsApp Participation Procedure
Your WhatsApp and Viber Messages
If you don’t have the WhatsApp application, you can also send us your Viber messages. To send in your Viber messages and therefore participate in the Thumbs4Science survey, it couldn’t be simpler! Follow these instructions and you’ll have sent in your information in an instant!

Open Viber.

Select the More button at the bottom-right of the screen.

Click on Settings.

Select Calls and Messages.

Select Receive Message History by Email

Once the application has finished saving, your mailbox will open with the file

in copy. You simply need to send it to our email address: mail vospouces@uclouvain.be
If your mailbox doesn’t open immediately, you can choose your email application from the list of proposed applications and then the rest of the procedure is the same.

Viber Participation Procedure
If you don’t have a WhatsApp, Viber or Telegram account, you can still participate in the prize draw! To do this, write to us at vospouces@uclouvain.be and together we’ll find another way to participate.
