Changes in language and communication in business are fundamental in the study of the evolution of these practices. Research traditionally focuses on business’ official internal and external discourse. 

 

In this project, we will be studying unofficial discourse: how you communicate amongst one another via instant messaging or in a What’s App group, in both a completely spontaneous way and to organise your work!
